The conference takes place at the InterContinental Hotel, Kӧnigsallee 59, 40215, Düsseldorf, Germany. The conference hall will be open for delegates from 08:30 on each day of the conference. There are attractive rates for rooms at the InterContinental Hotel. Early booking is recommended.

How to get to Düsseldorf

Participants should make their own transport arrangements to their hotels and to the conference venue. The hotel provides advice here.

Public transport in Düsseldorf is good. Tickets can be bought for a single journey, a day or multiple days, Tickets should be validated each time they are used on a bus, tram or metro train. Taxis are available as well as Uber.

There is car parking available at the InterContinental Hotel in Q parks on Breiter Str. Please check that you are parked legally.

The Kӧnigsallee, a beautiful tree lined avenue is well known for the landscaped canal running through its centre, with an array of world famous boutique shops and fashion. The Altstadt is in walking distance and is well known for its atmosphere, cafes, restaurants and museums.

Information for presenters: We have sent information to our oral presenters and to our poster presenters separately. This information is also available on our website.

Delegate list: Your registration included agreement that we can prepare and distribute a list of delegates and affiliations. 

Conference Proceedings: You will receive a paper and or electronic copy of the conference proceedings at check-in. Please look after your paper copy, it cannot be replaced.

Internet access & electricity supply: The conference centre has wifi. The electricity supply in Germany is 230V/50 Hz.

Conference Dinner: The dinner will take place in the Altstadt. Further details to follow. Guests welcome.
